- Coordinate with colleagues to scope, price and plan new work
- Monitor progress using Asana project management software and ensure delivery to time and budget
- Conduct regular project reviews and support adaptive management where needed
- Champion TreeStory’s Woodland Charter and values in every stage of project implementation
We’re looking for someone that is:
- Ambitious and can thrive in a purpose-driven start-up.
- Passionate about sustainability, regenerative forestry, and B-Corp values.
- Innovative, willing to challenge norms, and committed to continual learning.
- A motivated team player who supports and uplifts colleagues.
- Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Asana, QGIS).
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Meticulous and pays close attention to detail
- Adaptable, able to navigate real-world complexities with problem-solving skills.
You should have:
- At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in forestry.

- A demonstrable background in and passion for regenerative forest management.
- Full UK driving license required.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary & enhanced holiday provision.
