We’re looking for someone that is:
- Ambitious and can thrive in a purpose-driven start-up.
- Passionate about sustainability, regenerative forestry, and B-Corp values.
- Innovative, willing to challenge norms, and committed to lifelong learning.
- A team player who supports and uplifts colleagues.
- Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Asana, QGIS).
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Adaptable, able to navigate real-world complexities with problem-solving skills.
You should have:
- At least 2 years’ post-qualification forestry experience.
- Professional membership (or working toward) with the Institute of Chartered Foresters.

- Competitive salary & enhanced holiday provision.
- Flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements.
- Sustainable travel policy with extra days for eco-friendly commuting.
- Cycle-to-work scheme.
